Happy Tuesday, ladies. I hope your week has gotten off to a good start, and that you're enjoying the change in the weather. 

Both The Perk and Common Grounds (our women's Bible studies) got off to a great start last week. Feel free to jump in this week! We're currently working our way through the first chapter of Colossians, with the challenge of finding a verse or two to memorize and share--your choice. This week Lauren signed up for treats for Common Grounds (Thursday at 6:30 PM), but so far no one volunteered for snacks for The Perk (Thursday at 9:30 AM.)

The monthly Craft Time is scheduled for Monday, September 21st, from 3-5 PM at the home of Carol Gross. (40080 SW Nelson Drive in Gaston. Out by Lauralwood.) Bring any craft project you're working on and enjoy a relaxing time with each other.

You're invited to a Going Away party for our own Rita de Groen, who is soon moving to Washington. Rita has been a part of our church and community for many years, and we're sad to see her go.

Thanks to all of you who signed up so quickly on Sunday to provide meals for the Woodgate family this week. You guys are awesome in how you take care of each other! Anastasia, we're praying for a quick recovery from your fall.
